This retreat is for anyone looking to move, connect, and grow—no matter your experience level. We offer a blend of yoga and functional strength training throughout the week, creating a balanced and energizing experience. Whether you're hoping to deepen your practice, try something new, or build meaningful connections with like-minded people, this retreat is for you.
Yes!
During sign-up you will be prompted to select whether you prefer to pay in full or in increments. Once you pay your $500 non-refundable deposit, your spot will be secure and you will soon receive an invoice for the remaining balance, including benchmark due dates for those that prefer to pay in increments.
For example:
• 50% of the remaining balance is due roughly 6 months before the retreat
• 100% is due roughly 3 months before the retreat
(exact dates are listed on the invoice received upon registration)
How you choose to break up payments between those dates is completely up to you!
BALI
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date (example: if you arrive October 24, 2026, your passport MUST be valid until April 25, 2027)
US citizens do need a VISA- however the process is very simple and inexpensive (~$35). Visas are good for 30 days and can be obtained upon landing (VOA- visa on arrival), however the lines can be long.
I recommend obtaining your visa ahead of time (eVOA- electronic visa on arrival) through https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id(https://evisa.imigrasi.go.id)
Each traveler is responsible for booking their own travel insurance as soon as you book your flight, at least 30 days prior to attending our trips.
I personally use World Nomads, (https://www.jdoqocy.com/click-101015792-15799663) (roughly $100-150) but you are free to choose your own provider.
You are responsible for booking your flights for the trip.
Flights are not included in the trip price.
You will receive flight booking instructions 4 months prior to the retreat that detail when you should plan to arrive and depart.
If you prefer to book your flight sooner, please reach out for instructions and designated pick-up/drop-off times.
We are here to help if you have any questions! If you book a flight outside our designated pickup and drop-off times, you may be responsible for your own transportation costs to and/or from the airport.
You’ll fly into Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar). From there, we will arrange transportation to and from the retreat center.
Every trip includes in depth accommodations during the experience, breakfast/lunch/dinner at the resort, transportation to and from excursions, airport pickup & drop-off, local guides, culturally immersive experiences, daily yoga/movement, breath work & meditation, all workshops and three facilitators.

What’s not included? Yes! You'll receive a packing list shortly after you receive your green light email giving you the go ahead to book your flight!
This will be about two months prior to the trip, please feel free to reach out with any specific questions in the meantime.
There are no required vaccines to enter Bali (Indonesia).
The Center of Disease Control recommendations can be found here: CDC.(https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/traveler/none/indonesia) If you have a PCP, inform them of your upcoming travels and confirm that you are up to date on routine vaccinations.

Absolutely! All dietary restrictions are submitted during registration and are provided directly to the resort.
“Bali Belly” is a common term for traveler’s diarrhea- usually a mild, short-lived stomach upset some people experience when adjusting to new food or water in Bali.
How to reduce your risk:
Stick to bottled or filtered water (even for brushing teeth), avoid ice unless confirmed safe, eat freshly cooked foods, and practice good hand hygiene.
What to avoid:
Tap water
Ice
Fruit without a peel (think berries- washed in potentially contaminated water; stick to fruits with a skin that can be peeled- think bananas, oranges, watermelon, etc)
Lettuce/Greens (washed in potentially contaminated water)
What to bring (just incase):
Anti-diarrhea medicine (Imodium)
Pepto-Bismol
Probiotic
Electrolytes
**Your PCP may prescribe an antibiotic to take with you incase of sickness
**an alternative option is purchasing an EVO Travel Health Kit (https://care.evohealth.com/conditions/cp_220q_449a_reason?l=en)which contains supplies to prevent illness, such as altitude sickness, insect bites, motion sickness, severe allergies, skin troubles, or travelers' diarrhea
All retreats include a non-refundable deposit, which is required to hold your spot on the trip. Any balance payments made are also non-refundable / non-transferable. Yoga.Callie Collective, LLC cannot make exceptions to its cancellation policy as costs are incurred prior to the Retreat Start Date. In the event that you can not attend the retreat, you will be responsible to fill that spot. If the spot is unable to be filled, you will be responsible for the full cost.
